A pod-cast is a digital media file available via the Internet. Pod-casts can be audio, video, documents, or a combination of all three. Pod-casts are free and can be viewed from a computer or synced via a computer to a portable MP3 player such as an iPod.
The largest clearing house for pod-casts is the iTunes Music store. iTunes is available via a free download by clicking the link below. Once you subscribe to a pod-cast new episodes will automatically be downloaded once they become available.
